King Kong Toyota 2WD Steering System

This kit comes complete with a bolt-on replacement pitman arm, idler arm, & centerlink.

Idler Arm brass bushings set is replaceable.  Power steering or non-power steering must be specified at time of order.  Pitman arm core exchange required.

Heavy Duty Toyota Bottom Spring Plates

For 2WD & 4WD

Protect your U-bolts and nuts from rock damage.  When your off road project is ready for the rear suspension upgrade TOTAL CHAOS offers an after market under or over the axle bolt on spring plate. The spring plate is built to fit up to 2 �� wider springs. For use with a Ford 9� or factory Toyota rear end using 9/16� U-Bolts.

Toyota 2WD Billet 4130 A-Arm Cross Shafts

TOTAL CHAOS designed the �Pure Performance� billet a-arm cross-shaft to work with any manufacturer a-arms that use a 1� inner diameter upper    a-arm bushing.  This 4130 heat treated CNC cross-shaft was designed to eliminate the hassle of upper a-arm disassembly that is required to grease and maintain the upper a-arm pivot bushings.  This cross shaft features gun drilled grade 8 bolts with grease fittings allowing pivot bushing lubrication directly on the vehicle.  We also added to our design a grease groove and eliminated the need to use a 1� inner sleeve.  With a 3/16� washer slapped on each end this cross-shaft is bullet proof.

Urethane Motor & Transmission Mounts

TOTAL CHAOS offers a complete bolt-on solid mount urethane motor and transmission kit. For 22R and 22RE engines in 2WD and 4WD trucks and 4Runners. 

Weld On Front Leaf Spring Hangers

   Fit '84-'95 2WD & 4WD

When you're ready to upgrade the rear suspension and increase travel TOTAL CHAOS makes the task a bit easier.  Our laser cut spring hangers allow the use and relocation of longer leaf springs.  They are designed to relocate the front mount and simply weld into place.  The hangers also include grade 8 mounting hardware.  These hangers fit 2 �� wide leaf springs.

8"-10" Weld On Dual 2.0 Shock Tower Kit

TOTAL CHAOS offers a flame cut dual 2.0 weld-on 3 piece shock tower & frame gusset kit. Available for  8" and 10" stroke dual 2.0 shock absorbers. Only a 10" stroke shock tower kit is available for 4WD.  Torching and Welding Required.

           Replacement Bushings & Brake Lines

  4WD Weld-on Frame Truss

This 4130 weld on tubular frame truss is designed to strengthen the rear lower control arm pivot points during harsh bottom outs.  The factory frame has a tendency to pull outward due to the motor's weight.  Prevent the frame from spreading and causing improper steering alignment by welding this truss underneath the front differential between the lower A-arms. Available for 86-88 & 89-95 Toyota 4WD Pickup & 4-Runner.  Specify year when ordering.

    Heim Joint Steering Upgrade

The TOTAL CHAOS heim-joint steering upgrade provides maximum wheel travel when combined with one of their suspension systems.  Built using 4130 Chromoly material and aircraft grade Teflon lined heim-joints get the longevity you want from race proven components. Available for Toyota 2WD Ball joint & Toyota 4WD suspension systems.

Weld-on Toyota 4WD Shock Hoops - 86-95

TOTAL CHAOS offers the complete off-road suspension package for the Toyota 4wd Caddy kit.  Add this weld on 2.5 10� travel shock hoop to your order.  The main hoop is pre-bent out of 1 �� .120 wall 4130 tubing and includes weld on shock tabs and reservoir mounts.  Welding and grinding are required for proper fit and installation.  A second tube is included to triangulate the upper shock hoop.
